Steven Craig Jordan was born in Ardmore, Oklahoma on April 2, 1956 to Winfred and Jean Jordan. Winnie Jordan worked at and started the Jordan-Snodgrass Agency beginning in 1956. Steve was raised in Ardmore and graduated from Ardmore High School in 1974 and enrolled at the University of Oklahoma. He maintained employment while attending college by working for a restaurant in Oklahoma City, and getting his real estate license and working for Century 21 in Norman, Oklahoma. Steve graduated OU in December of 1978 receiving his Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

After graduation, Steve moved to Dallas to start his professional career. He joined Commercial Union Insurance Company in Dallas, Texas in November of 1979 as an underwriter trainee. Steve worked in the commercial property underwriting division before being transferred to Boston, Massachusetts to work in their casualty underwriting department. He stayed at the home office for six months until he was placed as a commercial casualty underwriter in San Antonio, Texas. Steve underwrote commercial risks in the south Texas area until being promoted to commercial lines marketing representative in 1982. In 1983 he received the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation and later that year received his NASD securities license.

In 1984 Steve met and married Cynthia Caldarello in San Antonio, Texas and moved back to Ardmore to join his father in the insurance agency business. They have three sons Dillon, Luke and Tucker. He purchased Jordan-Snodgrass from his father in 1987. Steve later purchased what is now the Jordan-Hoefer Agency in Durant, Oklahoma in 1992. Other acquisitions included the Commercial Insurance Agency in Ardmore, Oklahoma in 1993.

Steve has also developed several small real estate projects which include jordancamp.com, Breckenridge, Colorado, jordanranch.com, Ardmore, Oklahoma and Park Place, Durant, Oklahoma.

Steve's experience and background is in designing commercial insurance programs for businesses. As an insurance broker his insurance company underwriting background is especially helpful in coverage specifics, marketing and management. As far as business or commercial lines insurance is concerned the Jordan Insurance Group has substantial market share throughout southern Oklahoma and is considered one of the most established and professional agencies in Oklahoma.

Drew Rickets

Arthur Andrew "Drew" Rickets was born in Ardmore, Oklahoma on December 31, 1964 to Arthur and Kay Rickets. He graduated from Plainview High School in 1983 and went on to graduate from Oklahoma State University in 1987 with a Bachelors degree in Finance.

After graduation, Drew married Carol Hitt and moved to Norman, OK taking a job with Prudential Life Insurance Company. Later that year he accepted a position as a marketing trainee with Federated Mutual Insurance Company and moved to Owatonna Minnesota. After a year long training program in the Federated home office he moved to Lawton, OK and worked as a Federated Marketing Representative for six years.

In September of 1994 Drew accepted a position with the Jordan Insurance Group as an insurance producer. After building a book of business for eight years he was offered stock in the agency and became an owner.

Drew's expertise in the insurance industry revolves around commercial property and casualty insurance. He has an extensive knowledge involving all types of contractors and their bonding needs. In addition he writes a wide variety of other business exposures and has a knack for placing insurance on the difficult account.

Drew's philosophy is to develop a long term relationship with each client and provide the best service possible.

Lois Towler

Lois Towler has been a resident of the Ardmore area all her life. She graduated from Ardmore High School in 1981 and has 2 children, Elicia and Ashli as well as 3 grandchildren, Karli, Kason and Kassi. Lois has 20 years of property & casualty insurance experience and is a licensed insurance agent for the State of Oklahoma. She has been employed by the Jordan Insurance Group since 1996. Lois specializes in used car dealerships, garage repair shops, wrecker services and all types of local and long haul trucking exposures.

Suzie Glasgow

Suzie Glasgow joined Jordan Insurance Group in February 2008. She comes to us from Sulphur. She was raised on a ranch and attended Sulphur Public Schools. She went on to attend Oklahoma University and also East Central.

Suzie has been in the insurance business for twenty plus years and has a broad background in commercial lines, including oil and gas, construction, manufacturing, and bonds. She has industry designations as a CISR, ASCR, and CIC.

Suzie is active in her community serving with the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club, Murray County Excise Board, and the Selective Service Board . She attends the Sulphur United Methodist Church. She has two daughters, and two grandchildren.

Tara Bostic

Tara Bostic was born in Ardmore, Oklahoma in 1981. She is a 2000 graduate of Ardmore High School. She attended SOSU where she majored in Elementary Education. Tara was employed at Bath & Body Works as a sales leader from October of 1999 to August of 2007. Tara recently gained employment with the Jordan Insurance Group working as a Commercial Lines Account Manager. Tara is in the process of becoming a licensed commercial CSR.

Tara has two children Graci 4 and Braden 1.

Leslie Hopper

Leslie Hopper was born in Altus, OK on May 3, 1959. Leslie graduated from Hydro High School in 1977 and enrolled at Southwestern Oklahoma State University. While attending college, Leslie worked at the 3M Company in Weatherford, OK.

In 1982, Leslie married Jimmy Hopper. They have two children, Chris and Lance Hopper. Leslie graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 1982 receiving her degree in Legal Secretarial Science and Office Administration. After graduation, Leslie worked at the 3M Company taking on the position of secretary to the engineering department. She worked there for 13 years and in 1990, Leslie moved with her husband and two kids to Ardmore, Oklahoma.

Leslie began her career in the insurance business in March 1990 at the Jordan Insurance Group as a Personal Lines Account Manager.

Heather Skinner

Heather Skinner was born in Ardmore and raised in the Lone Grove area for most of her life. She graduated from Lone Grove High School in 1996. Heather moved to the OKC area in 2000 and lived there 2 years. She moved back to Lone Grove in 2002 and worked as a customer service representative at 1800Flowers.com for 4 years. Heather is an active member in the Lone Grove Kiwanis Club. She was employed with Jordan Insurance Group in September 2006.

Heather is married to Jonus and has 2 boys Brendon and Zackary who attend school at Lone Grove.
